To be eligible for a return/exchange for a damaged product, we need opening video of parcel, without opening video of parcel we do not consider product as damaged in transit. Upon sending us opening video, product should be shipped to our address within 24-48hours, failing to do so, won’t be eligible for return/exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to – No:13, Rajendra complex, Narasingapuram street, Chennai – 600002.

Return is applicable with the original receipt and the product should be in unused condition, there will not be any cash back for returned products, credit note will be raised which will be valid for 6 months.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error not eligible for return/exchange.

Refund Policy

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will be raised or you can purchase any other product of equal value.

Shipping within India is free one time per order, any returns/exchanges of products involved with multiple shipments for same order need to be taken care by customer.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

 Shipping Policy

If the purchase worth is above INR 999, then the shipping is free all over India. If under INR 999 then shipping charges will be applicable according to the standard rates.

We will ship the product 24 hours from the time of purchase.

According to the address, shipping timeline will be varied :-

Within Tamil Nadu : 2-4 Days

Within Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana : 3-5 Days

Rest of India : 5-7 Days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper trackable service.
